The Offer, Negotiation, Acceptance and Ongoing Services

The extension of your offer initiates the negotiation phase. Our philosophy is that the best negotiation is a minimal negotiation. We obtain a clear, comprehensive outline of the candidate's financial considerations long before the final interview phase begins. There are no surprises.

Once an offer is accepted, we are committed to six- and twelve-month follow-up meetings with you and the placed executive, to monitor the outcome of such an important addition to your organization.
